แอปนี้ไม่ใช้คุกกี้ (cookies) ในตัวแอป · เมื่อคุณแตะลิงก์ภายนอก (ลิงก์สมัคร ไฟล์ประกาศ เพจเฟซบุ๊ก เว็บไซต์) คุณจะออกจากแอปไปยังเว็บไซต์นั้น ซึ่งอาจใช้คุกกี้และอยู่ภายใต้นโยบายของเว็บนั้น

6. การส่งหรือโอนข้อมูลไปต่างประเทศ
ผู้ให้บริการบุคคลที่สามบางราย (เช่น บริการวิเคราะห์การใช้งาน ระบบแจ้งเตือน รายงานข้อขัดข้อง ผู้ให้บริการโฆษณา และเครือข่ายส่งเนื้อหา) อาจประมวลผลและจัดเก็บข้อมูลบนเซิร์ฟเวอร์ในต่างประเทศ (เช่น สหรัฐอเมริกา) ซึ่งผู้ให้บริการเหล่านี้มีมาตรการคุ้มครองข้อมูลตามมาตรฐานสากล · การใช้แอปถือว่าคุณรับทราบการส่งข้อมูลดังกล่าว
7. ระยะเวลาการเก็บรักษา
ข้อมูลสถิติและข้อขัดข้องถูกเก็บตามระยะเวลาที่ผู้ให้บริการกำหนด · โทเคนการแจ้งเตือนใช้ได้ตราบที่คุณยังเปิดการแจ้งเตือน · ข้อมูลในเครื่องอยู่จนกว่าคุณจะลบเอง
8. สิทธิของคุณ
ตามพระราชบัญญัติคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล (PDPA) ของไทย คุณมีสิทธิ: เข้าถึงข้อมูล · ขอสำเนาหรือโอนย้ายข้อมูล · แก้ไขให้ถูกต้อง · ลบ · คัดค้านการประมวลผล · ขอให้ระงับการใช้ · และถอนความยินยอม · เราจะดำเนินการตามคำขอภายใน 30 วัน

9. ความเป็นส่วนตัวของเด็ก
แอปนี้ไม่ได้มุ่งเป้าไปที่เด็กอายุต่ำกว่า 13 ปี และเราไม่ได้ตั้งใจเก็บข้อมูลจากเด็ก หากทราบว่ามีการเก็บข้อมูลจากเด็กโดยไม่ตั้งใจ เราจะลบข้อมูลนั้น
10. มาตรการความปลอดภัย
เราใช้การเชื่อมต่อแบบเข้ารหัส (HTTPS) เก็บข้อมูลให้น้อยที่สุด และจำกัดการเข้าถึงเพื่อลดความเสี่ยง · อย่างไรก็ตาม ไม่มีระบบใดปลอดภัย 100%

Privacy Policy — “งานราชการ” (Perdsobcenter) mobile app
Effective date: 22 July 2026
The “งานราชการ” (Government Jobs) app by Perdsobcenter (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it. The data controller is Perdsobcenter, operator of perdsobcenter.com and this app. The app is designed to collect as little data as possible — there is no sign-up, no user account, and your interests/saved jobs are stored only on your device.
1. Information We Collect and Its Sources
We do not ask for personally identifying information (such as name, email, or phone number) and have no sign-up system. The following is collected automatically from app usage:
– Push token: When you allow notifications, we receive an anonymous token via a push notification service to send new-job and deadline alerts.
– Usage data (Analytics): We use an analytics service to record aggregate events — e.g., viewing a job, saving a job, tapping apply, selecting interests, and notification opt-in/open — plus approximate device/OS info. This is aggregate and not used to identify you.
– Crash data: We use a crash reporting service to capture crash reports (stack traces, device model) to fix bugs. We have configured it to NOT collect IP addresses or identifying information.
– Advertising data: When the app shows ads, an advertising service may collect the device advertising identifier (Advertising ID on Android / IDFA on iOS), ad-interaction data (e.g., ad views or taps), and approximate coarse location (city/region level, not precise GPS coordinates) to serve and measure ads. On iOS, the app always asks for permission via the App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt first — if you allow it, ads may be more personalized to your interests; if you decline, you will still see ads as normal, but non-personalized.
– Server logs: When the app fetches job data from perdsobcenter.com, the server (and a content delivery network/CDN) may record standard logs such as IP address and timestamp for security and performance.
2. Data Stored On Your Device
Your interests (province/region/central), saved jobs, and recent searches are stored only on your device. We do not transmit or store this data on any server. It is deleted when you clear the app’s data or uninstall the app.
3. Lawful Basis for Processing
We process your data on the following lawful bases:
– Consent — e.g., sending notifications (you consent when allowing notifications and may withdraw anytime).
– Legitimate interest — to develop, improve, and secure the app, e.g., aggregate usage analytics and crash reports.
4. How We Use Information
– To send notifications about new jobs in your areas of interest and remind you before application deadlines for jobs you saved.
– To understand aggregate usage and improve the app’s experience and performance.
– To detect and fix crashes and errors.
– To show ads to support offering the app for free (see the advertising identifier in section 1 and the advertising service in section 5).
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We do use a third-party advertising service, which may use the device’s advertising identifier (not your personal identity) to display ads — see sections 1 and 5 for details.
5. Disclosure to Third Parties, and Cookies
We use third-party providers of the following kinds, each with its own privacy policy and accessing data only as needed to provide their service:
– A push notification and usage-analytics provider — to send notifications and collect aggregate statistics.
– A crash reporting provider — to record crash reports for bug fixing.
– A content delivery network (CDN) — to speed up and secure content delivery.
– An app update service — to deliver software updates.
– An advertising service — to display ads in the app and measure ad performance, which may use the device advertising identifier and ad-interaction data (see section 1).
The app itself does not use cookies. When you tap an external link (apply link, announcement file, Facebook page, website), you leave the app for that site, which may use cookies under its own policy.
This app shows ads via a third-party advertising service to support offering the app for free. You can manage ad privacy: on iOS — allow or deny tracking via the App Tracking Transparency prompt when asked, or change it later under Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking; on Android — reset or opt out of interest-based ads in your device’s Google Settings > Ads.
6. International Data Transfers
Some third-party providers (such as analytics, push notification, crash reporting, advertising, and content delivery services) may process and store data on servers outside Thailand (e.g., in the United States), where they maintain data protection measures consistent with international standards. By using the app, you acknowledge such transfers.
7. Data Retention
Analytics and crash data are retained per the periods set by the providers. Your push token remains valid while notifications are enabled. On-device data remains until you delete it.
8. Your Rights
Under Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), you have the right to: access; obtain a copy or portability; correct; delete; object to processing; restrict processing; and withdraw consent. We will respond to requests within 30 days.
You can also control your data directly: turn off notifications in the app or system settings; clear on-device data anytime; uninstall to remove all on-device data.
To exercise your rights or ask questions, contact us via the channels in section 12.
9. Children’s Privacy
This app is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from children. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected such data, we will delete it.
10. Security
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), minimize the data we collect, and limit access to reduce risk. However, no system is 100% secure.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will appear on this page with the latest effective date.
